We’ve helped keep Victorians safe since 1979 through our network of safety houses. Today, our 8,000 safety houses; identified by their iconic yellow triangles, are places children and senior Victorians can turn to when they feel unsafe or need urgent assistance. Safety Houses are screened and supported by around 120 local volunteer committees across the state. Safety House Victoria also promotes safety and safe behaviour through school education programs, publications and our relationships with state and local governments. We are an incorporated association and enjoy the support of hundreds of volunteers, sponsors, supporters and donors.
